There are times throughout our lives when we can feel overwhelmed, lost or struggling to make sense of things. Counselling can help with all of these and more.
I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems or issues around gender.
I have been a counsellor for 8 years and have worked in a number of schools, both primary and secondary. I have also worked for a charity supporting adults who are experiencing domestic abuse. Since moving to Sheffield I have volunteered with SAYiT, a local organisation offering support to LGBTQ+ young people in Sheffield.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am guided by their ethical framework.
My practice is on Abbeydale Road, Sheffield, between Meersbrook and Nether Edge.
For all new clients, I usually have an initial session which is a chance to meet each other, make sure you are comfortable and find out a little bit about your needs. I am currently doing this by a 15 minute phone call or Zoom meet.
If after this session you'd like to continue, we can decide together what any future sessions might look like.
1 Hour sessions £35 each
(Payment for each session is payable at the booking of the session)
If clients prefer, I can conduct sessions over Zoom, Skype or Facetime. Contact me using the form below to discuss further.
